We will work together to explore your relationship to food and home cooking, assist you in how to identify and incorporate healthy dietary choices that cater to your personal needs and lifestyles preferences.
Six-month One-on-One nutrition coaching program:
A six-month program is generally the time required to make long lasting changes and implement new habits. It is the time required to experiment with, implement new habits and embed them in our daily life. It is also a good time frame to test these changes through different phases in life that can result from personal, professional circumstances as well as changes in seasons.
The best part of the six-months program is that you will lead the dance and we will be your dance partner. This means, you will set the pace and we will be your guide on the side by inspiring, motivating and empowering you through knowledge and information sharing we will provide you along the sessions.
Together we will:
- Explore your relationship to food and home cooking and define your goals in this area
- Identify 1-3 recommendations to implement with a concrete action plan that we will break down into small steps to help you work towards achieving your goals.
- Do a check-in at the beginning of each session to see how you are doing, what is working well and the areas that need more focus.
- Empower you to be accountable and stay on track with your goals through daily/weekly friendly reminders between sessions. Have no fear we got you!

- Two 50-minute sessions per month. Two sessions per month will give you the sufficient time to experiment and implement recommendations discussed during the sessions

Fridge & Cupboard Scan
As part of the “Eat better” package, we will together scan through the foods that you would typically buy and eat in a week by looking at your fridge and cupboards.
This first step is to help you identify if there are any highly processed food, high-glycemic index products and calories-density foods you may consume as part of your current diet.
In doing so, we will also teach how to read food labels and the type of information to look for when choosing your food so you can make better informed decisions and healthy choices. As part of the exercise, we will also brainstorm together a couple of alternatives that you can implement to start shifting towards healthier options
Home cooking beginner’s guide
The bad news is that home cooking forms the core basis to healthy eating, that is fact! The goods news is that it is going to be fun, exciting and super empowering.
This guide is designed to set you up to embark on your exciting journey to home cooking.
It will provide you with the knowledge and information on what cooking homeware you should have, the different cooking techniques as well as an extensive list of vegetables, fruits and grains that you can easily cook including spices and herbs to add your own twist to your delicious meals!
Learn Macro and Micro-nutrients
Our body is made of organ systems that help the body function. This requires fuels that we get from our diet.
The Everything Macro and Micro-nutrients will provide you with a breakdown of the different macronutrients and micronutrient types, their roles in health and the best food where you source them from.
Remember this is about YOU. We have an amazing plan to help you, but none of it is set in stone.
We have plans to cover certain areas, but if you need help in another area, we will tackle that first. Indeed, we have a flexible approach to make sure that we take into consideration your unique needs
