Through an integrative approach that looks at nutrition, physical activity and other determinants influencing weight, we will work together to identify and implement the necessary steps to boost your energy level and get you to your desired weight.

Six-month One-on-One coaching program. A six-month program is generally the time required to make long lasting changes and implement new habits. It is the time required to experiment with, implement new habits and embed them in our daily life. It is also a good time frame to test these changes through different phases in life that can result from personal and professional circumstances as well as changes in seasons. 

The best part of the six-months program is that you will lead the dance and we will be your dance partner. This means, you will set the pace and we will be your guide on the side by inspiring, motivating and empowering you through knowledge and information sharing we will provide you along the sessions. 

Together we will:

  • Explore your relationship to your body weight and define your goals in this area 
  • Identify 1-3 recommendations to implement with a concrete action plan that we will break down into small steps to help you work towards achieving your goals.
  • Do a check-in at the beginning of each session to see how you are doing, what is working well and the areas that need more focus.
  • Empower you to be accountable and stay on track with your goals through daily/weekly friendly reminders between sessions. Have no fear we got you!

Setting your goals to kick off your journey

At first, we will start by helping you get clarity around your weight loss goals. In other words the “What” are your trying to achieve? Equally, understanding the “Why” behind your desire to lose weight (the “What”) is essential to better figure out the steps and road map that will lead you to your desired outcome

Deconstructing some misconceptions

Not a “one size fits all when it comes to diet and exercising. Building upon the concept of Bio-individuality, everyone is different and has different needs and therefore requires a different solution to their problem. 

Cravings are not just “episodes of hunger”. Understanding that cravings are beyond hunger only and usually have multiple root causes to them.

Weight loss is not just about eating greens (diet) and running on the treadmill (exercise). Many other areas that influence directly the body weight require to be looked. 

Creating healthy eating habits and exercise strategies

Implementing small changes to your eating habits you can go a long way in boosting your energy levels by fueling your body with the right food. We will help you strategize to make the healthy choice the fun and easy choice. 

Benefits of exercising regularly on health are huge. Together we will explore your relationship with exercising to understand your preferences and the main roadblocks that hold you back from practicing a regular physical activity.

Beyond diet and exercise factors influencing weight

Health is often incorrectly perceived as something that is influenced mainly by what you eat and how much exercise you do. However, health has many more determinants to it and so does weight.

We will help you assess the various factors impacting your weight to figure out the areas that need focus and a course of action.

Remember this is about YOU. We have an amazing plan to help you, but none of it is set in stone. 

We have plans to cover certain areas, but if you need help in another area, we will tackle that first. Indeed, we have a flexible approach to make sure that we take into consideration your unique needs.
